Oldies to the Max, MAX 92.9, hit the airwaves on January 1st, 2018 featuring “Maximum Oldies!” The switch was made to reflect the music played at the restaurant, Buddy Lou’s Eats, Drinks and Antiques, where the studios are located in downtown Hancock, Maryland. Featuring a blend of music you wont find anywhere else, Oldies to the Max, MAX 92.9 covers all the bases with Motown, 60’s rock and all your favorite classics from the late 50s and early 70s!
Be sure to tune in weekdays from 5AM to 10AM for the “5X Over-Caffeinated Radio Show” with THE Bob Steele! Bob has your latest updates on traffic, weather and and Oldies related news. Each weekday at 8:50 Bob honors a special Veteran who has served out Country and helped to protect all of us. On Monday and Friday get the latest car racing news with “Talkin’ Racin’ With Andy Delay”, and the best grilling recipes on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday on “Tailgate Grillin’ With Chef Sizzlin’ Scotty”.
From 2PM to 7PM tune in while Big Mike has the air chair and fires up “The Music Marathon”! Big Mike features the Drive at 5, playing double shots of your favorite artists! Dick Clark’s music calendar is up at 5:30 and the Weekend Music Review with Laura Murrasky on Fridays at 4:30. He has some great memories for you to relive including “This Day in History”.
